This week, the children took part in an action-packed skipping workshop led by Mark from Skip n’Rope. From the moment the ropes hit the ground, the energy was electric!
The children learned a wide variety of skipping skills, starting with the basics and building all the way up to partner challenges, speed skipping, and even some impressive tricks.
