Our 3rd & 4th class were treated to a little masterclass from Irish team player Michelle today! Our class has been engaging in the Hoops4schools initiative this year and were very lucky to receive a visit from a wonderful role model and inspiration for aspiring young players. She chatted to the children about her background and her road to success with the national team and her own club in Dublin. She explained how busy a training schedule can get and also told us about some recent trips abroad, representing Ireland at international level. Michelle gave us some wonderful tips for pushing and pulling the ball and watched as the class displayed their skills. She ended with a really fun game and left everyone wanting more! Well done to all the boys and girls - she was extremely impressed!
